August 1984: The Church Workgroup on Pedophilia in Belgium (II)

The Promotion of Pedophilia in the Church in Northern Belgium

On May 25, 2019, the first part of this article appeared  about the Church's "Ecumenical Working Group on Pedophilia" in Belgium. On August 9, 1984, it published an article in the official Northern Belgian Church Gazette, in which it reported on its actions and promoted interested parties.

By Ferdinand Boischot

The response to this really, blatantly vile ad was almost zero.

At that time the Catholic Church in Belgium was already in an unprecedented situation, and the once very Catholic Flemish population was totally uninterested in the Church and in Christian morality.

Belgium had become the sick man of Europe in the 1980s: economic decline, very high unemployment, exploding public debt, very high inflation, overpowered unions and decades of government coalitions of almost mafia-like Christian Democrats and Socialists strangled the country.

At the same time, there was a tremendous sexualization and decatholization of Flemish society, para- and post-conciliar.

The two prime ministers, Wilfried Martens (already an advocate of a "Progressive Front" as early as 1971 and the unification and quasi-fusing of the free Catholic education system with state schools, later introduced one of the most liberal abortion regimes in Western Europe in 1990, later left and liberal in the European Parliament) and Jean-Paul Dehaene.

The Flemish nationals, formerly very Catholic, had split in 1978 on the occasion of the Egmont Pact and split into a leftist-freethinker and modernist wing and a right-wing conservative (Vlaams Blok); the latter was isolated and muzzled by the media.

Obviously, hardly a reputable person has read this very boring Church paper (the number of subscribers has dropped by more than 80 percent with a continuously decreasing tendency) or found it offensive.

As I said: at that time there were about 1.5 million readers with a total population of 6 million Flemings, of which about 60 percent were more or less Christian / Catholic.

One of two Flemings knew about it

Institutionalized pedophilia in the Church was considered normal.

In the early autumn of 1984, a worried mother (A.C.) contacted the ominous Church working group on pedophilia. The answering letter as follows:
"If your son (son) or daughter (daughter) feels the connection with the pedophile as pleasant / funny ('fijn'), do not break this connection."

"The reaction of the neighborhood is often much more harmful than the events themselves."

"Many convinced Christians still have much to learn from pedophiles."

"It should be preferred that a trusting relationship develops between the pedophiles and the parents."

The big offensive of the pedophiles was launched.

In October 1984, the worried mother wrote to Cardinal Godfried Danneels, Archbishop of Mechelen-Brussels and Primate of Belgium.

There was no reaction.

Danneels did what he always did, nothing, and kept everything going.

He succeeded all the easier, till the worried mother had become a member of parliament for the right-wing conservative Flemish national party in the meantime.

Promoting pedophilia in the Church as part of the modernist agenda

Not a year later, in 1985, Danneels in Antwerp established the CPRL (Centrum voor Priesters op rijpere Leeftijd) as a seminary for late-career workers. This seminary soon became the hottest gay meeting spot in Antwerp (in 1999 the CPRL was closed due to too many homosexual scandals and AIDS deaths due to strong pressure from the Roman Congregation of the Faith and Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger).

The ex-Rector of the CPRL, M. Gesquiere, severely burned by the scandals, was caught up by the pedophile bishop Vangheluwe in the diocese of Bruges. He became a Dean in Kortrijk and committed suicide in January 2011 after a torrid affair.

The homosexuality of Gesquiere was stubbornly denied by the ecclesiastical side in the diocese of Bruges (the then bishop was Jozef De Kesel, whom Pope Francis made archbishop of Mechelen-Brussels, primate of Belgium and cardinal), until the membership card and photos of a Sado-Mas-Club in Antwerp came to light. As a result, much of the homosexual and pedosexual network in the modernist "Church" of West Flanders came to light.

It is very puzzling that at that time (1984-1993) the good and close friend of Cardinal Danneels, Roger Vangheluwe, who committed a crime against his 11-year-old nephew, and he did not bring it to the bishop of Bruges a year later (1985).

In those years, too, there were huge abuse scandals by the West Flemish missionary Eric DeJaegher OMI against the Inuit in Baker Lake and Igloolik, Canada, who organized atrocities at the Broeders Van Dale (Tordale) and the Broeders van Liefde (FC), the Affair Roeach3, the machinations of Roger Borremans.

The editor-in-chief of Kerk & Leven, Felix Dalle, died shortly afterwards.

Subsequent editor-in-chief became Mark Vandevoorde in 1987, previously press officer with the pedophile bishop of Bruges, Roger VanGheluwe. Vandevoorde climbed high in the North-Belgian Christian Democrats and brought him to the adviser (adviser) of the Prime Minister Yves Leterme and Herman Van Rompuy (later Chairman of the Council of Europe and strongly enthusiastic Mason) and the Minister Stefaan van Ackere.

Vandevoorde still fought in the defense of Vangheluwe (2010) and Danneels (2011) and writes to this day for Kerk & Leven and the related website Kerknet.

Toon Osaer followed in 2010 as Editor-in-Chief: Osaer, at that time was also press officer of Cardinal Danneels, who attempted to intimidate and silence the mother and leader of the True Catholic Resistance (Ms A.C.) in 1996 with a telephone call during the affair Roeach3.

Osaer was immediately dismissed by the respectable new Archbishop André Léonard. The northern Belgian bishops and Christian Democratic politicians caught him up.

Since then, Osaer has led the ecclesiastical, modernist and spiritist publishing house Halewijn in collaboration with Kerk & Leven and the Kerknet website in northern Belgium.

By the way, Jef Barzin  was not “pastoor" (Vicar) in 1984 but "onderpastoor" (Assistant), became nevertheless "pastoor" in 1988 with 13 parishes at the end. For this he was appointed Dean in 2007 (first in Antwerp-South, then he was transferred to Antwerp North after protests) and thus received a seat in the Bishop Council.

Barzin was protected by the Bishop of Antwerp (incidentally from West Flanders) Johan Bonny  Bonny is very homo-friendly (see his sensational interview in De Morgen, 26.12.2015).

When the newspaper De Morgen reported on Barzin and his pedophile activities in April 2008, Bishop Bonny commented that "the report (in De Morgen) had forgotten to see this advertisement in the spirit of the times."

Insight zero.

Precisely because of this lack of insight and absence of empathy, Bishop Bonny was then sent to Rome as the representative of the Belgian bishops and "expert on family issues" in 2015 for the second family synod (under Pope Francis).

The diocese of Antwerp is spiritually and morally totally in the swamp.

Bonny shows very little. He prefers to perform with Jef Barzin and his assistant Selleslaghs, who is eager for women's priesthood.

The Dutch-born, Protestant (Calvinist) pastor Th. Weerstra was a predecessor in Brussels and a figurehead of the Protestant churches in Belgium.

Shortly thereafter, he retired to the Netherlands, where he later died.

His widow was connected at the beginning of the century to this pedophilia.

The aged widow replied by e-mail that she would like to be spared further inquiries.

Mr L.P.G. who is obviously from the Netherlands,  used to live very skillfully from a canonical point of view, not far from the Belgian-Dutch border.

In the Christian field, he has not been publicly noticed since the ad.

Six years after the publication of the aforementioned article, in 1991, the religious book series Roeach was introduced for secondary education in northern Belgium.

The third volume, Roeach3, contained illustrations and texts that could appeal to 13- and 14-year-old students as a call for pedophilia.

The modern Church fostered the pedophilia by their staff

The "Mafia of St. Gallen" (Cardinal Danneels) is a benevolent protector of pedophile abuse on a massive scale.

Only in 2004, 16 years after the infamous article in Kerk & Leven, when the pedophilia scandals came to light in northern Belgium and Danneels came under increasing pressure, the Flemish satirical weekly, t Pallieterke published a photo with the original article and a discussion of this mess.

The official Church in Belgium and its press organs are still in silence: reaction zero.

In smaller publications and on the Web, this heinous story became known, especially abroad:

The Vatican and the nuncio in Belgium have been informed several times, as have bishops and cardinals abroad.

The Belgian press noted in 2008 that "Flemish arch-conservatives intensively tried to blackmail Cardinal Danneels at the Vatican to force their candidate, the reactionary bishop of Namur Léonard, to serve as future archbishop."

Bishop Léonard was not reactionary at all, not even conservative. [He was steadfastly hated and attacked by his staff and the media.]

The modernist-sexual revolution with openness to pedophilia and homophily, as the central point of the mafia of St. Gallen, was publicly defended in 2008-2009 by the formerly Catholic and now syncretic mainstream media

The protagonists of the pedophilia promotion are still sitting unmolested in the ranks of leadership.

Incidentally, ever since the pontificate of Francis, it has been stronger than ever.

Belgian Church Working Group Sought to Normalize Pedophilia in 1982 (I)

Bishop Vangheluwe 2008 in Africa.

by Ferdinand Boischot

In hardly any other country was the secularization and de-Christianization following the Second Vatican Council as deep and broad as in Belgium, and especially in the northern Dutch-speaking area.

Left-oriented, progressive "believers" seized the ecclesiastical structures. Theological expertise, patristics and fundamental theology were quickly removed. With a so-called Haalbaarheidsmoraal ("accessibility morality", but de facto relativization of all moral norms) a complete adaptation to the zeitgeist was carried out and in particular a takeover of the total sexual freedom and a fixation on it.

Within this framework, what is well documented is an almost complete homophilization of the clergy.

The abuse scandals revealed over the last 20 years have also emerged in this context.

The Cardinals Suenens and Danneels and Bishop Jozef Desmet (Diocese of Bruges) were internationally renowned for their progressiveness (Suenens and Desmet played a prominent role in the Second Vatican Council revolution.) Suenens and Danneels propagated sexual freedom at all levels and practiced tolerance, where the successor of Desmet as Bishop of Bruges, Roger Vangheluwe, not only hushed up all sexual scandals, but himself preyed for many years on the children of his own brother.l

Where, at the moment, the Catholic Church is shaken by pedophile and homosexual abuse scandals and this vile situation is denounced by Pope Em. Benedict XVI. and leading cardinals and bishops (Card. Brandmüller, Card. Sarah, Archbishop Viganò), some modernist theologians in Germany and the United States  recite the mantra denying any connection between homosexuality and homophily on the one hand and pedophilia on the other.

It may not be true, but it is true:

In the years immediately before, during and especially after the Second Vatican Council, a mafia-like, male, homosexual and paedosexual group has taken root in the clergy.

The Dutch-language Catholic Church Kerkelijk Leven ("Church Life") had in 1978 at that time a very Catholic Flanders circulation of about 500,000 copies and a then estimated readership of 1.5 million readers. It was the most widely read newspaper in Flanders. It was conducted by the West Flemish diocese of Bruges (then headed by Bishop Emile-Joseph De Smedt) and the Archdiocese of Mechelen-Brussels (Archbishop Danneels), with the Theological Faculty of the University of Louvain which played a major role (so-called Bruges -Louvain axis).

Editor-in-chief of the rather boring paper was the West Flemish priest Felix Dalle, who had very modern views. Some very modernist books were not well received by literary criticism in the 1970s (De vluchtheuvel).

Under Dalle, as part of modernization, the Church paper was renamed Kerk en Leven (Church and Life).

On August 9, 1984, an article about the "Ecumenical Working Group on Pedophilia" appeared in this official North Belgian church paper:

"For some years there has been an ecumenical working group on pedophilia in Flanders.
This working group consists of Catholics and Protestants.
This working group wants to sensitize the churches to the phenomenon of pedophilia, to pass on information and to reduce prejudices.
At the same time, the working group wants to find out about everything that appears in the field of pedophilia.
In addition, the working group aims to create a meeting place for pedophile people to share thoughts and encourage each other.
Everyone is welcome who would like to get to know pedophilia and pedophiles on condition that this happens in openness, respect and reliability.
At the beginning of the new season, the working group will also be involved: Pastor (Pastoor) Jef Barzin, Duinstraat 30, 2008 Antwerp, Tel. (03) 2366395.

The next meeting of the Ecumenical Working Group on Pedophilia will take place on Saturday 8th September in the chapel "The Olive Branch" in Brasschaat, Leopoldslei 35, from 10:00 to 14:00 at the latest.

We are happy to bring a small refreshment.
Further information can be obtained from: Mr. L.P.G. van Tricht, Dorpsstraat 86, 2080 Chapels. For the working group: Th. Weerstra, Van der Meerschenlaan 73, 1150 Brussels. "(2)

It can not be said much more clearly.

The role of Bishop De Smedt in rejecting the prepared scheme of Father Sebastiaan Tromp SJ is also highlighted in the Lexicon of Theology and Church.

In particular, the website www.volgconcilie.be edited by the Faculty of Religious Studies of the University of Leuven from 2009ff on 24 November 1962 and 1 December 1962 (Intervention of Bishop De Smedt with the key words: triumphalism, clericalism, juridism).

The website www.volgconcilie.be was directed by the then Dean of the Faculty of Arts Matthijs Lamberigts and Karim Schellekens. The latter was also known as co-author of the multi-volume biography of Cardinal Godfried Danneels, in which both the affair of the disappeared ring  of Card. Danneels and the existence of the Mafia of St. Gallen is mentioned. The book launch took place on September 22, 2015 in the Vita Hall under the basilica of Koekelberg. The video can be found on YouTube.)

(2) Kerk en Leven, 9 August 1984.
Illustrations of the original article can often be found on the internet, i.a. very meritorious in the sarcastic Flemish national weekly paper, t Pallieterke (2004). This was the first report in the Dutch-speaking press in Belgium since 1984! See also here  A detailed discussion and photo documentation at kavlaanderen.blogspot.be (also with a joint photo of Bishop Bonny, Bishop Vicar Selderslaghs and Dean Jef Barzin).

Billy Goat and Gardener: Pedophile Friend as Lecturer at Pontifical Center for Child Protection

Patrick Degrieck as Lecturer for the Pontifical Center for Child Protection has spoken
on the topic of "Secondary Victims" in child sexual abuse.
In the picture above (from the right) Bischop Bonny (Antwerp) und Cardinal De Kesel (Mecheln-Brüssel)

By Ferdinand Boischot

In the last 50 years, the Catholic Church has been devastated by a huge wave of pedophile and ephebophilic abuse by Church employees and dignitaries.

For a long time, and very intensely, incredible abominations have been committed, which are in total contrast to the words of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Particularly deplorable is the embedding of the perpetrators into large networks and the protection of the perpetrators by obstruction on many levels of the Church hierarchy.

As early as 1995, the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, then under the leadership of Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger, had been very courageous and persistently prosecuted these atrocities and called for punishment.

After his election to the Papacy, Benedict XVI.  was not infrequently sabotaged in this line by well-known bishops, cardinals, and bishops' conferences.

Under Pope Francis, dealing with the problem of pedophile offenders in the Church has fundamentally changed:

-Few and resolute statements, on the one hand, and a very different approach to pedophile offenders, where Pope Francis, apparently, personally chooses to employ perpetrators in pastoral situations (Don Mercedes case), and intervenes with the personnel of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. He intervenes in such cases, if sympathetic shepherds are being prosecuted.

Patrick Degrieck as a speaker at the Center for Child Protection in Rome [Photo]

In December 2014, the CCP (Center for Child Protection) was established on the personal initiative of Pope Francis at the Pontifical University of the Gregoriana to study this problem. The director was the Austrian Jesuit and psychologist Hans Zollner SJ.

On March 9, 2017 the Gregoriana reported on two lectures held a few days earlier by Prof. Karlijn Demasure from the University of Louvain and F (ather) Patrick Degrieck from the Diocese of Bruges and a member of the Belgian Research Commission Bishops.

Belgium, and particularly the Flemish North, suffered particularly severely from pedophile atrocities.

The so-called "Catholic" University of Leuven has not done anything for decades, but has supported the pedophile-tolerating line of Cardinal Danneels (until 2010 Archbishop of Mechelen-Brussels), produced totally dissipated catechesis and religious studies books, and a broad and loud campaign against Pope Benedict XVI. And Archbishop Monsignor Léonard (the successor of Danneels, was appointed by Benedict XVI).

In the end of 2014, the Religious Science Department stupidly had a lot of sermons and statements from the pedophile bishop of Bruges, Roger Vangheluwe, on their website, Thomas (which was still present more than four and a half years after his unmasking).

With the priest Patrick Degrieck, a noted pedophile friend and supporter has managed to speak before a large public at the Child Protection Center CCP.

Patrick Degrieck and  Tom Flavez

On October 27, 2014, the Kerknet site, which belongs to the bishops of north Belgium, reported that the then Bishop of Bruges, Jozef De Kesel, assigned Tom Flavez as a pastor in the West Flemish coastal community of Middelkerke.

Immediately a tremendous turmoil ensued. The population protested massively, the (liberal) mayoress and the council unleashed the storm and the restaurant and hotel sector and went to the barricades: it was apparent that T.F. was a convicted pedophile.

However, Bishop De Kesel remained stubborn. He said that "... everyone deserves a second chance ... He [De Kesel] made this decision after careful consideration and with the support of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. The bishop will not change his decision." The latter is extremely rare for the otherwise not very brave De Kesel).

Within 48 hours it was discovered that T.F. had repeatedly relapsed. Despite all the conditions, he had always had dealings with children, liked to be photographed and posed everywhere in churches' websites.

On the 31st of October, in the morning, Kerknet was informed that "... the bishop (De Kesel) has to withdraw the applicant from nomination."

Vangheluwe's shadow

In the following weeks, the bomb detonated of a number of uncovered pedophile rapists in the Diocese of Bruges. The bishops De Kesel and Bonny (Antwerp) were summoned before Parliament and "grilled".

It soon became apparent that both Tom Flavez and Patrick Degrieck had been ordained priests by the pedophile Bishop of Bruges, Roger Vangheluwe, and knew this very well. Tom Flavez was the only one tohelp Vangheluwe move from the episcopal palace in Bruges in 2010. According to reliable testimonies, Flavez and Degrieck never missed his birthday without a visit and a small present.

Patrick Degrieck studied 1986-1989 theology and canon law in the University of Leuven. From 1989 to 1997 he was a priest-teacher at H. Hartcollege in Waregem (which was also A school affected by abuse). Since then he has been a Church jurist in Bruges (now also in Antwerp with Bishop Bonny) and professor of Holy Scripture at the priestly seminary in Bruges.

Degrieck was very practical and clever as a church jurist in 2013-2014, responsible for the case of his pedophile friend T.F., apparently supplying incomplete documents to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith in order to get a favorable assessment.

The fact that Bishop De Kesel tried to unload his own serious mistakes on the back of Cardinal Prefect Gerhard Müller made the case even more shabby.

As a result, Tom Flavez had to vacate his apartment in the Ordinariat and continued "with an unknown occupation." He was caught up by his old comrade Patrick Degrieck in the convent of Our Lady of Sorrows in Ruiselede, not far from Bruges, where Degrieck (not laughing) became a "spiritual director."

Patrick Degriek in the CCP
Degrieck's "Awareness Training"

Degrieck, incidentally, was in the immediate phase after the break-up of the Vangheluwe affair and the (hesitant)investigator of the sex scandal of the Church jurist and the bishops' expert in the inner-Church "Andriessen's Investigation Commission."

In November 2010 an interview with Degrieck, deeply disturbing by the oily tone and the hypocritical content, was published in the magazine Het Teken, 83rd edition, no.5 (Nov. 2010) - notabene interviewed by Doenja van Belleghem, then director of a "Roger Vangheluwe support group".

The many crimes, deceptions and cover-ups, embedded in a pedophile, ephebo, and homophilic swamp of the local clergy, were extensively documented and analyzed at www.kavlaanderen.blogspot.be (keyword: Crisis in de Kerk ... hoezo?).

The press reported in part very thoroughly.

De Kesel, Flavez and Degrieck were badly burned.

Patrick Degrieck at the CCP

Bishop De Kesel's position in Bruges had become untenable. Not more than a year later he was called to take over the Archdiocese of Mechelen-Brussels.

It took a very long time for a new bishop to be appointed, by the way, from East Flanders (Ghent), which is not involved in the West Flemish problems.

Pope Francis, known for his personal preferences, appointed Jozef De Kesel as Archbishop of Mechelen-Brussels in spite of all the mistakes and concealments, and made him a cardinal (which he denied to the dedicated advocate for the right to life and to combat abuse in the Church, Bishop Léonard).

Billy Goat and Gardner

Since the end of 2014 Degrieck has hardly been able to do anything in Belgium.

To this end, he gave a lecture in Rome in 2017 before the Pontifical Center for the Protection of Children, and the topic "Secondary Victims".

He is a well-known specialist in the field of cover-up and embodiment of these vile deeds, and as a highlight also of the victims' offenses: considering the perpetrators as "also victims" (sic Danneels), and probably their own impulses.

Psychiatrically this is well known: denial - displacement - sublimation by association with the victims - absorption.

The perpetrators themselves give themselves absolution.

Widely and well known. Zero Consequences.

And now also with access to the highest channels of the Church in Rome.

Miserere Dei

Pope to Intervene in Belgium Against Homo-Bishop Vangheluwe?

Editor: That's all you need to know. It's pretty simple: Liberalism = Child Abusing Clergy

Does the Pope Want a Trial?

Homosexual Liberal on Patrol
Belgium [kreu.net] The resigning old Liberal Homo-Bishop of Bruges, Mons. Roger Vangheluwe (74), should be subject to a canonical trial.  This was according to the French bi-monthly 'Golias' on their website. The Bishop has candidly admited that he had homosexually abused his nephew for a year long.  According to the information from "our sources" the publication explained that Pope Benedict XVI. is going to be personally in favor of  an intervention in this trial.

Kreuz.net ... here...
